Probably like a week back, I joined my first house building contest by clw8 on SC2, which you can lurk around on here. I've decided to post all of the lots I build for it, on here...for download. Yay! So say hello to the economical and enviromental bachelor pad on the beach. This is a BV lot, and it is built on a beach lot. So you all know.



The house costs 51,256 simoleons, and is UNFURNISHED. This was built on a 60 x 50 beach lot, and as for EP's and SP's required I'm unsure, but I have every EP and SP except for Family Fun Stuff, so I think it's safe to say that you should own these as well, for this place to work.

Now...everything used in this download is free, however...before you download I suggest you pick up this rather necessary piece of CC.

The roof has five solar panels, which help cut down energy bill costs.


Outdoor, covered walkways connect the main building to the living room on the first floor and the bedroom on the second floor.


The living area, which you can see has the perfect view of the private beach.


The spacious kitchen and dinning area, it too has a view of the water.


The outdoor bathroom and all around balconey, helps you start off your morning with a sunkissed shower, and your evenings with a romantic bath as you stare out to the sunset. The toilet room is wall-off BTW.
